You send me your draft NPO application, all eleven answers as they will go into the portal, and I read it the way an Arts Council assessor will. Within five working days you get it back scored against Arts Council's assessment areas, with a note on every answer saying what is working, what will lose you marks and exactly what I would change, and a summary of the three changes that will make the biggest difference before you submit. You also get a one-page summary of the results written for your board, ready for the meeting that signs off the application.
I can only take a few applications this round, and booking is what holds your place. Book by 5 November and you also get The Evidence Standard and The Source Document free, and once you have revised, I will take a second look at the two answers you changed most before you submit, so you know the changes have worked.
Once you have booked, I will email you within one working day with how to send your draft. Drafts need to reach me by 27 November, so there is at least a week left to make the changes before the portal closes at 12 noon on 15 December.
